Annual Sign Up for New orReturning Members

If you are a new or returning member and have not already done so, please do the following:

  • Send information by email to Cole Barber:

    • Confirm whether or not you will be participating in the program

    • If you are a new member, please send details about yourself and your child:
      Name of father, participating youth, first name of spouse or significant other; address and city; phone numbers for home, work, and mobile phone; email address; name of school, grade, and birthday for each participating youth.
      If you have previously been a member of the Adventure Guides, please provide the name of your Expedition/Nation/Tribe/Circle andIndian/Expedition names for you and your child.

  • Send a check and waiver form to the Southwest YMCA

    • $75 for annual dues for a dad and one child

    • Each additional child is $50

    • Mail check payable to "Southwest YMCA"and a signed copy of the LiabilityWaiver to:
